Visiting Le Montcel wasn’t just an excursion. It is a mandatory retreat that brings you into a world of what Haiti could be agricultural. an ecological complex/ranch encompassing 16 acres, with 40 comfortable rooms distributed in Spanish and Canadian Cottages. The ranch has a restaurant, which sources 80% of its core ingredients locally, and organically.
