Back at it again.
We are entering Cite Soleil, often regarded as one of most dangerous places in Haiti. Even when we enter such places, it does not take long to find true heroes who run towards what is needed instead of cowering and lamenting that “someone else” is not doing enough. Enter: Jose Ulysse. For the past 20 years, he’s been running a live-saving hospital that has been giving real medical / health access to the residents of this community, that has been so abandoned by others.
Here at SeeJeanty, we go everywhere in Haiti to show you what Haitians can do for themselves. Let’s leave this mindset of waiting and blaming. And let us finally be the generation known to act and known to persevere. After watching, think about how you can contribute.
